Our ministry wants to come alongside faithful servants who are on the front lines teaching and preaching the Good News!
We know that we can’t go everywhere but we can be involved everywhere the Lord provides an opportunity. We want to be a source of strength, encouragement, love, and support to do the ministry work that needs to be accomplished.

Meet Our Team
MIGUEL & DEBBIE MENDOZA
Miguel and Debbie have been missionaries for over 26 years. Born and raised in Argentina, they started serving the Lord there and moved to France helping to start a youth ministry there. During their 20 years based in France, God allowed Miguel and Debbie to be part of the HIS ministry in 13 countries in Europe.
Miguel has a BA in Theology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Debbie has a BA in Theology and a Bachelor in Education.
Today, Miguel serves as the Executive Director of Revitalize Ministries. With Debbie, their desire is to “Come alongside God’s church around the world to encourage, strengthen, and support pastors, churches, leaders, and their wives.
We believe that by Revitalizing God’s people, we will be able to experience more of God’s power of Salvation!
HORACIO & SILVINA MENDOZA
Horacio and Silvina were born and raised in Argentina where they both accepted Christ at an early age. Feeling the calling to be in full time ministry, they both attended the Word of Life Institute. They soon married and now have 3 children.
Horacio and Silvina ministered for over 27 years at Word Of Life, which led them to Chile, Argentina, and now the beautiful country of Portugal. They have been instrumental in developing youth camps, outdoor evangelism, special presentations in schools, and discipleship and teaching the word of God. In their local church, Horacio and Silvina serve in teaching and preaching with special emphasis to young men, women, and couples.
They now join Revitalize Ministries in strengthening the church pastors and leaders with encouragement, doctrinal teaching, and support.
